The Center for Collaborative Solutions (CCS) is a “Council of Governments” created pursuant to Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code by Hamilton County Educational Service Center and Clermont County Educational Service Center.
CCS provides innovative solutions and cost effective services to school districts and other public entities in Ohio.

With a mission is to provide cost savings to districts by specializing in the recruitment, hiring, management, and payroll of substitute teachers, serves 29 area school districts and employs over 1000 active substitute teachers. We want you to help us save the day! LEARN MORE
The Center for Collaborative Solutions COG holds regularly scheduled board meetings. Please click here to view board meeting dates.
Hamilton County ESC (HCESC) administers all employment and payroll processes and procedures for the CCS-COG.
